Each pendant is entirely hand-painted and individually crafted, ensuring that no two pieces are exactly the same.
Yellow Jambhala – Chief of the Five Wealth Deities
Yellow Jambhala is one of the most important deities associated with wealth and prosperity in Vajrayana Buddhism. In Tibetan, he is known as Norla, meaning “God of Wealth,” and he is also called Dzambhala Serpo or Zangse.
He is regarded as the chief among the Five Jambhalas—White, Yellow, Red, Green, and Black—and is revered across all major Tibetan Buddhist traditions. Yellow Jambhala is both a wealth deity and a protector deity (Dharmapala), safeguarding practitioners from obstacles while supporting the material foundation necessary for spiritual practice.
According to traditional iconography, Yellow Jambhala has a golden-yellow complexion symbolizing abundance and stability. He holds a wish-fulfilling jewel in his right hand, representing the radiance of rightful wealth and generosity. In his left arm, he embraces a jewel-spitting mongoose, a symbol of continuous prosperity and the transformation of scarcity into abundance. His right foot rests upon a white conch shell, signifying the power to overcome hardship and retrieve opportunity even from difficult circumstances.
Yellow Jambhala is traditionally associated with attracting upright wealth, dispelling negative influences, overcoming challenges, and increasing merit and blessings through ethical means.
