Shipping Origin & Time: All orders are shipped from China. Standard processing time is 3–5 business days before dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • North America & Europe: 10–18 business days
  • Asia & Oceania: 7–15 business days
  • Other Regions: 14–25 business days

Shipping Methods & Tracking: We use reliable international shipping carriers to ensure your Thangka arrives safely. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package in real time.

Customs & Import Duties: Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your Thangka, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in original condition, unused and unframed
  • Include all original packaging and documentation

Return Process:

  1. Contact our support team at thangkamarket@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and the shipping address.
  3. Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process an exchange.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your Thangka arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the cost of return shipping and ensure a replacement or refund is issued promptly.
